Find investors in your area that have good references for the professionals you need (I would add CPA to your list).I'm sure there are some very strategic moves you can make with this new property but you'll want a trustworthy, experienced investor to point you towards the right resources.Hope this helps!

I traveled there almost every month for years and got to know the people beyond the aspect of business.

My real estate business has grown to the point where I need tax/business strategizing.

You should definitely look into investing out of state, especially if your wife has an American citizenship, that may allow you to structure your business in a more strategic way.
