I am looking for a real estate savvy tax professional in the greater Sacramento area.

We acquired four properties in 2020 and are actively looking to grow the portfolio. Many nuances are ahead of us such as a potential LLC, real estate professional status, cost segregation, etc. Looking for a knowledgeable tax strategist who can help us navigate the real estate investment market while we grow our portfolio.

Any referrals or advice would be appreciated.

@Lauren Thomas you may want to talk to @Sergey Tkachev - he is a CPA and investor who runs one of the local Sac RE Investor meetups. I’m sure he can help or at least point you in the right direction. Best of luck!
