There is a learning curve to everything, hopefully others can touch on that as well.Another thought too, SS, due to the players involved, seems to require a level of sophistication of those doing such deals, a newbie might have a problem relating to the bank SS depatment.

Even if they will only work for major players, find out who they recommend.Doing some of this will get you a list of the people doing the volume of landlord tenant work in your area.Best of luck...

All you need is to find 1 guy.. have a proforma ready with business plan, financials and bio of players involved to start..

Of course you want to learn and study for the test (it is pretty hard) but above all, if I was starting all over with my CCIM education, I would have prepared better by knowing exactly who I wanted in my circles in the coming years.You will meet some real players... the kind of players that make millions on a single deal.

Despite the fact that I own one the two biggest players in my mortgage niche, am the largest investor in the other company, I still know that financing is only part of the story. 

Its an awesome get together with the players from all around this area.
