Nonetheless I did explain that the tenant at Diploma Ave. is a mystery tenant because of what had happened with Bob.Dave of course began doing some research about the tenants etc. the situation is unfolding by the day right now so I don't have too much information about Dave's opinion besides the last comment he left me: "Please send me a copy of your management agreement with Bob.

This hasn't happened to me but I'm sure it happens often.Say you get a vacant house under contract, and the seller lives out of city/state.You get permission to have your partners/ buyers to come by and look at the property, possibly state in the contract being able to put a lock box on the house.BAM!
