This person who has no apparent value has an entire sphere of influence: friends, family, coworkers.

This site has been a genuinely positive influence for both old and new.  

They listen, guide, persuade/influence, and close. 

You can blame the scuzzball gurus who influence beginners to start in wholesaling as well as those passing on bad habits.Wholesalers are a figment of their imagination, you're not in a profession or a professional, they are real estate operators performing a niche tactic to facilitate a transaction.

I still think you miss your influence points :)But please do continue your generous ways, sharing what you know - and some of your other generous gestures, like the giveaway of BP summit arrangements, and yellow letter campaign giveaway.
