Urea (yes, even concentrated from human urine) is an ammonia compound which can used in bomb-making.Just saying....local authorities might be curious.....

You walk in to use the bathroom as a human and there is pee and crap on the floor.

I'm working a flip right now and plan to utilize some of the rehab stores locally: ReStore (Habitat for Humanity), G&R (a local demolition company).

I was iuyn Florida recently and visited the Habitat for Humanity outlet stores, they has excellent prices on both new and used items for houses.
