Im happy that the breakout meetings are happening so there is a bit more one on one interaction. biggest tip I can give is look for those permanent name tag board members, ask them what they do and ask for an intro to someone who is doing what you want to do.

I've seen people buy land, expecting to build a hotel because the broker said it would be allowed, then the city requires a lot more costs for that use and the owner is upset.

Hey guys give me your thoughts on this potential deal. I spoke on the phone with a woman today who is wanting to sell her vacant lot. She says there are tax liens on the property. I looked on my county appraiser's web...
