We got a really cheap deal online through a local screening service as a perk of the owner's membership in the Apartment Assoc., so it was not big deal.And I also prescreened them, to save them the hard hit on their report.

I think this new subscription service I linked for you above, is a great idea, as it would be automatically updated.The owner I worked for had a membership in the local apartment association (SF Bay Area) and I hated their contracts.
