I have a town house that I have fixed up and lived in for less than 2 years.

There is still so much that I have to explore on this site, but I would like to say that so far the resources have been helpful, I especially liked the "Ultimate Guide …." book.I am interested in multifamily real estate investing and I look forward to connecting with others who are doing the same.

looking for suggestions into various avenues that can be explored pertaining too creative financing options on my first two properties, besides the obvious ( fam/friends borrowing , normal banking institutions) suggestions, info, strategies etc to point me in a direction, the leg work researching or exploring ... im fully prepared too do. id like too obtain both residential properties at the same time. location areas are 75068 ( Frisco , Little elm, The Colony areas) thanks ahead

I've also used city-data.com to find information about the towns I'm looking at.

I have two fourplexes listed near the Medical Center and an off-market fourplex on the NE side of town near Randolph AFB if interested.

What part of town is it in? 

Chief legal counsel for the local town is a tenant in my apartment building-would I give her a discount?

I think small town PA is one that is pretty good in that realm I have been funding deals through out the central and eastern part of the state in what I would call under the radar.. and they seem to work.. but my vendors are highly experienced RE brokers so they know their stuff.
