I appreciate all of your advice and the pictures because I had NO idea what they'd look like LOLThis community is truly GREAT and I appreciate everyone's input!!! 

I keep hard file folders and a computer file folder on each property with a picture of it and property info/data on the front.

I'd be happy to look at pictures and answer any other questions you may have.

If you can pass the utility off to the customer then you don't have to worry.
