I'm working on my plan to start flipping houses and I figure if I can work my way up to a $300k line of credit for my LLC I can fund 2 rehabs at once and cover carrying costs without having to use my own cash.

Tenant did not pass the screening criteria.  

Insurance companies have many exclusions and they may not cover everything, but they can help to pay for some of the costs of a lawsuit.Good:Using one LLC for all of your rental properties.

Michelle, I cover the entire Emerald/Forgotten Coast of FL for The Short Term Shop. 30a is one of the best places on the Panhandle. 

The idea is that the rents on the other units cover the cost of the whole property.The way this would work is that you need an apartment with three or four bedrooms.  

House #1 is rented out - tenant met all the requirements (income 3x the rent, over 600+ credit score, no evictions) when the PM screened rental applicants.

There are other things you can negotiate like them building you a privacy screen wall and adding landscape.

I have not felt scammed, but I don’t trust anyone when it comes to screening.

The valuation comes out just barely to cover what I’m trying to accomplish but doesn’t help me out any further down the road with my equity levels which I definitely needed.

It is a business, there are many things that have to be covered by that price.
