A defense of "I didn't realize what I was signing" won't fly if you're caught. 

This means they are confident no ongoing environmental hazards exist and you then have the innocent landowner defense in the event there turns out to be some historical environmental issues.If they recommend additional action, then you need to determine whether you need to do consider additional research and/or remediation work.

So far the City is being very defensive about their valuations.

The key is to identify your target demographic and have a defensible position in the particular market.

I'm looking for a sound defense that travel time if spent traveling to a rental property activity at the very least can count towards the hours.

So if the PMs defense is: "I was never authorized to do XYZ repair" can you refute that?
