It was built in 1900 like many of the homes in my area and has 2260sq living area The owner Sam purchased it for $52k on 4/20/20072016 assessment $91k2016 appraisal $130kReplacement cost??

@Sam Manoo Folks are going to tell you that each deal needs to be looked at individually you can't make a blanket statement about a good or bad time to buy in an area.
