I went to a estate auction , didnt buy the house , but they were selling the contents , the guy was a machinist and engineer , it was a 4 bedroom house , 1 bedroom had all his furniture , the rest of the house was a machine shop .

I once had a group of people snap a 70 inch TV in half along with a sleeper sofa, then punch holes in the walls on 3 levels, tossed beer cans and trash all over the property, plus they started a bonfire on the deck using firewood and some furniture from the house... yeah fun times.We've had them on beaches, mountain resorts, cities, middle of no where.

If you did not include every item, the pricing would work out to less than minimum wage.We would have to include for things like masking, removing and resetting fixtures, removing and resetting furniture, cleaning, wall protection, floor protection, caulking, disposal etc.

Management is pressuring me not to bother locking rates on East Bay area homes until the appraisal is back, confirming that the home is even viable to lend on.Another anecdote from about a month ago was the appraiser showing up to find the Oakland home's roof had a tarp covering it, held in place by lawn furniture.
