Hi All,Has anyone had experience with understanding what line items to look for in the online probate dockets from the Register of Wills site to understand1) if there is any real estate involved with the estate2) if the personal rep has the authority to sell the property?

I agree with most others that it needs to be explained to the upstairs resident that these are normal activities and you really have no authority to tell the downstairs resident that they can not walk around and open/close doors in their apartment.  

Taxing authorities in Texas regularly engage in payment plans and no there is no mandate that they offer a payment plan to everyone.

A loan is a loan... the same basic paperwork (promissory note, security agreement if applicable) is typically required regardless of who is involved.Sounds like a jointly-owned entity would be the borrower here, so a Note would be executed on behalf of the entity by someone with the capacity to bind the company and who had been authorized to do so for this specific transaction.

I have a couple questions that I can't seem to get answers for.1) Since I would need to sign a new HAP contract with the housing authority, should I not be able to request the market rate for rent for similar units instead of being limited to the 10% increase that the Section 8 housing authority sets?

@Anthony WickWhile I can not speak with authority about other jurisdictions I can tell you that no judge in North Carolina would entertain a motion to enforce a residential lease in these circumstances.
