I've purchased from foreclosure auctions in Queens before, and the margins arent that wide.

We have lots of members from the Boston area to network with. you can set up a keyword alert for Boston (or any other term) and will get notified when it is mentioned in a post.

I am open to any advise you have and also interested in networking with others in eastern NC, specifically Wilmington.A.

I'd continue to save money while learning, building a network, and searching for a great deal.

Many of the investors in RI are on here, others can be found in local networking groups like RIREIG or Black Diamond REI, and many others you only encounter out "in the wild" when you're doing deals.
