I can share some of the great books I've read:   The Instant Millionaire, Success through Positive Mental Attitude, Think and Grow Rich, Rich Dad Poor Dad.  

I had to prep  for  about an hour by listening to a few minutes of my Think and Grow Rich Audiobook and then i listened to the BP podcast on door2door techniques.

I'm going to assume you haven't read Kiyosaki's Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and you just got to.

At this point, I don't have a lender, so I'm trying to figure out how realistic it is to purchase property with a 30 year fixed 20% down traditional mortgage, and then refi using a HELOC.
