@Angela DeBorja -  I have done audio books for The E- Myth, and the E-Myth enterprise through my local library using the app Overdrive. 

The I purchased my first investment property and subsequently saved the cash flow, coupled with my full time job income, to acquire my second and third which is slowly creating a snowball effect growing a real estate portfolio.

I am always seeking new information to help me grow my enterprises and new friends with whom to share my affinity for real estate.

The Texas Enterprise fund is sizeable and able to bring big companies to TX.  

It got foreclosed on and was subsequently vandalized.

Since I will be doing this more with other investors that I have pre-relationship with, would it make sense to set up a bigger fund with first close being $450k, and subsequent closes to be $1M plus.

Hi forum:Went to Jersey City tax lien sale today, and I am sure I must have missed something here.It was an accelerated sale, which means unlike regular sale for the previous year, this sale will clear all delinquent taxes up til this point and no more subsequent tax pastdue by today.
