I've been reading that experts recommend freezing your credit with each of the credit reporting agencies as a better defense (compared to credit monitoring) against the Equifax and other data breaches.

But I wouldnt reccomend it for someone who isnt going to be there to monitor it, or if you dont have a really good PM who knows the area and is willing to do it.

@Clifford Paul do you get reoccurring offers of 0% APR for 12-18 months on the same card periodically or is it usually a one time offer with a new card?

Also, if the birds owner aren't careful to monitor them when out of cage, they can do a significant amount of damage to woodwork.Good discussion, thanks all, I'm searching for the other threads and digesting as much as I can.

Ram,I would recommend doing a lot of homework and finding a reputable credit monitoring agency.

You should start this now because you intend to grow and as you do this type of data is a must to manage your investments as you transition from working in your rental business, which is where you are now, to investing in and monitoring your rental businesses, which is where you want to be in the future.
