Am starting a flip next week that will eventually be refinanced and kept as an Airbnb and am about to pick up two more houses to arbitrage (and plan to pick up the pace and keep growing). 

Best of all, the property has appreciated at a record pace.

I've asked them to put together an agenda of issues they want to address and their proposed resolutions.

A virtual walkthrough would give you a model of a property that you could walk through at your own pace.

This is geopolitical rhetoric from someone who has an agenda to push.

It's unfortunate that some people just want to push their agenda vs having a reasonable conversation with someone.
