The reality is, nobody investigates the podcast guests to see if their claims are true.

I don't know anything about taxes but would definitely want to investigate it.If I buy a property in Italy and use it as a personal vacation home and a rental, it seems I could keep all the money in Italy and it wouldn't be subject to American taxation.

Ill add a lot more to it but it tends to be deal to deal based information I gather from the other side and investigating the property itself.

Did anyone see the ProPublica investigation and articles about HomeVestors, the entity behind the "We Buy Ugly Houses" franchise?  

They will send a code enforcement officer to investigate and they can put pressure on the neighbor to clean it up.Talk to your insurance company.

I would investigate and see if the fire came from the wiring or if it originated inside the oven or on the stove top.
