Any stories to share on tenant screening or unit turn-over? 

I’ve expressed my interest to the decision makers, but they say right now the property cannot be sold (long story but I know why and understand).

CapEx is a different story.

With the recent rain in LA, I am trying to schedule the company to come back3) Bottom of his door has a gap so I am sending out handyman to fix itLong story short, I have tried my best but he thinks I'm not a good landlord and doesn't want to pay rent until everything is fixed.

Long story short, the loan you get will be for the ARV of the property based on the repairs you make, so there might not be enough room to BRRRR such a property.

I would love to hear anyone's success stories on this method since I cant start with a multi family locally and would still like to get in with a low down payment.
