New Investor from Cape Girardeau, Missouri

Hello there. My name is Bleau (Blue) Deckerd and I am a relatively new investor from Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Cape Girardeau is about 100 miles south of St. Louis. My wife and I started our company Sun Chaser Properties, LLC 3 years ago and we build high end spec homes in the Cape Girardeau area. We also recently purchased an 11 unit multi family in Jackson, Missouri. We would like to focus more on buy and hold single families and multi families in the near future while maintaining our income with the spec houses.

I just wanted to connect with some people and figured BP was a great way to do it.  I've listened to about 60 BP podcasts to date, but this is my first post at reaching out to the BP community!
