Get in front of each individual in your sphere at least every 3 months.

It is our hope that by joining bigger pockets we will be able to connect with experienced individuals that won't mind sharing some of their knowledge and expertise. 

Both are fully empty.Both need some work before renting out, nothing big it appears right now, but definitely paint/floor work and some restructuring of how the units fit together.Should we offer individually or attempt to get them in a package deal?

Look for the map feature which breaks down individual subdivisions by things like income (not crime unfortunately).

Side note... discuss with your attorney the limitations of owning an LLC as an individual.

The consumer protection laws of Virginia have zero bearing on a legal issue faced by an individual one state away, let alone on the other side of the country.

Also, yeah...Each individual market have their own cycles.
