It has a very limited description, however I did some digging and found the following:The Specs: 1) It was built in 1918, and was remodeled in 2007 for hotel use.

Are you settled in a geographic area? 

Some of these are zoned R11, which I assume falls under this description  R10 (low-medium density residential, requiring a minimum 10,000 square foot lot and intended for single and two-family dwellings)What happens if the lot isn't that big but there's already a house on it.

I am looking to start flipping houses in that geographic location before I start my masters program in March.
