In each bathroom there is what appears to be an older clawfoot tub that has been "built-in" with painted plywood or cement board. 

No matter what our personal feelings are, HAFA will no doubt be useful to some borrowers and we should not try to influence their decisions.

I doubt many landlords would go to that extent or time.

Chicago is definitely a solid place to invest, but I doubt you will find a true stabilized 8 cap in a safe suburban area.

A couple of day laborers, a few posts, and a couple bags of cement and you can have it up in a few hours. 

I doubt you will be able to get much.

I doubt any of the rest of us are.

And I doubt the Fulton County Tax Commissioner would sell such a lien, though you never know.Again, I can't give you legal advice, but this is how I think about quiet title and prior tax liabilities in my Fulton County investments.  

I doubt that, under my classifications, that you could really classify someone selling GOOD information for 99 cents as a real guru, if it were 99 bucks, probably so.Most here know that some book has been in the mill with me for a very long time, I'm getting there, LOL.

No doubt you will get comments on here as to why you have more than 1 property in each LLC then to separate them out.
