I'd have the family get her out ... a trashed place is easier than a long-term squatter.In many jurisdictions, you cannot evict someone who is not a tenant ... there is a whole other process which must be followed.Where the father is now deceased and the daughter has been there two decades, she may be able to make a case for possession (pending the jurisdiction).

I do a lot more to verify my info but, this will keep you from sending 95 letters to people who either don't have a property to sell, are the widow or widower of the deceased, have a property that is upside down and has no equity or the property has already been listed by an agent.

All my research indicates 35068 is a A-/B+ area, but this street lies on the border on Tarrant, which is a C area and based on proximity, it may even be zoned for Tarrant middle school/high.
