Conflicts of interest can arise.

@Chris Martin is correct that most attorneys are not going to do both closings simultaneously - it creates all sorts of potential conflicts of interest.

I've read several posts and have spoken with a CPA, but I'm getting conflicting and spotty information. 

That might be a standard lease, but the wording doesn’t look great in terms of preventing conflict.

Broad data is good for a snapshot view of a potential deal, but if you’re getting conflicting data it’s worth diving a little deeper.

Also ask title companies who their attorney is.An attorney on retainer by these entities may not take new clients due to potential of conflicts of interests so asking about past ones can avoid such issues.
