It all just happened organically to solve a problem...

While this strategy may take longer to grow a mass amount of wealth it will also be a bit more organic as I like having majority if not all of the house paid off rather then have a bunch of loans.  

From my experience attending meetings from both organizations over the years, AlamoREIA offers more bang for your buck. 

I would say that I have never done any deals, but after listening to the podcasts I realized I had begun my real estate investing career without even realizing it.

@James Teutschmann I think everyone could use a bit of organization and of you will join a mastermind group with others in a similar place as you.

I have begun to network and have linked up with some very promising and motivated people in Ohio and Georgia.

None of those have anything that you can’t overcome when a property is dug out organically and purchased as a good deal.

It takes FOREVER for deposits to go through (5-8 days), but it helps me stay organized (I have 7 tenants through Cozy).

I have worked in the tax world for close to 20 years and have recently begun to concentrate on real estate and construction.  

These services can be very important for a thriving business to keep organized.
