Who has experience with San Antonio real estate investor groups? I have found two, one the Alamo Area and the San Antonio REIA. Any opinions on which to attend or join?

From my experience attending meetings from both organizations over the years, AlamoREIA offers more bang for your buck.  It's not just a "pitch-fest" or "sell you my education program/mentorship," it's a good group of people, across all parts of the industry, working to educate and help one another.  Their sub-groups are invaluable for networking.

SAREIA tends to be more of a "pitch-fest."

Hope this helps.
