We see a lot of non-performing notes in the Cook County area and the discounts are tempting but the picture that's emerging is explaining a lot of that.Are investors actively buying at the foreclosure sales?

We are new to Texas but have experience in buying, flipping, rehabs, some new builds.If it comes to construction, seems like we've done most of it.

the lady trying to borrow had this great notion but no experience and the property she was trying to buy I happened to know very well it was in Clear Lake CA no way it could be developed.. but she had a dream and Remington fed into that dream.

Of course not all will be interested in your house, some may have purchased already, but it is something to start with.I probably have 5000 people or more in my database, but the chances of any 1 of them being interested in buying your house are pretty slim. 

There seems to usually be something that needs fixing or updating when you buy it but how do you know when it's too much?
