Hi Everybody,I've looked into this online, and found a wide range of opinion, so I thought I would throw this out to the community...When taking over an existing mortgage, can you deduct the mortgage interest on your taxes?

Don't be surprised by the amount of work that may need to be done, even if online pics look good.

Has anyone had experience with online bidding for a property?

I'm out of state and wondered was this true if so were there online options??

Check the BK plan for any other potential claims from creditors to the property.
