I just think based off of what I've read, learned, experienced and see that despite DBPR and FREC's efforts to shut down wholesalers it is still a thriving business and if done correctly with guidance and integrity one can be very successful and bring value to the industry.

Bill Penn with Integrity is also good although maybe not as familiar with commercial style buildings.

I have worked with a couple in the past but have been less than satisfied with the workmanship and the integrity with which they do business.

@Dan Stelter if you read "Traction", which is a book many people in our business work from, it talks about how every good business has a Visionary and an Integrator. 

In this case you're also most likely leveraging vertical integration from the syndicator, etc.
