Electricians?

Hello everyone, I'm Steve a Licensed General Contractor and Electrician, looking to Network with Great People doing Great things in Realestate........I have been down this road years ago (investing) with poor planning and the mistake of not including my genius of a Wife, So Here I Am

I am currently an HVAC technician, I've also plastered, hung sheetrock, had an appliance repair business, worked with an electrician etc.

Should I look for a handyman or an electrician?

I am currently an electrician but the idea of having more freedom for my family drives me.

The inspector was not as concerned about the furnace as I thought he might be, but he did recommend having an electrician come in to give me quotes on eventually bumping up to 200 amp and addressing some loose sockets and gfi outlets around the sinks.

So back on the market, you just paid the foundation contractor and the electrician an amount that equals about 20% of the list price.You can see where this is going.
