Quite frankly, that sounds like a question best answered by an attorney who knows your goals, income, assets, etc.I'd been thinking the same thing for a while, and a consultation w/ a good asset protection/tax avoidance-oriented lawyer solved answered my questions quickly.

However, Bob; being a paralegal and claiming he knows the law, says that he is allowed to act in a capacity as a consultant for my LLC. and manage my properties as a consultant to my LLC., Therefore he does not need to be a licensed real estate agent or a licensed broker.
