Yeah, we've pretty much decided on some kind of composite or PVC decking, just not sure which brand.

They know there are much better uses of their money than a "brand."

The idea of marketing my brand to investors has also come up, and this reflects the scope I was so overwhelmed by when I posted the question.I guess it comes down to my priority at this point.

Brand new carpet in all rooms, freshly painted, and thoroughly clean.Similar properties have gone closer to $220+ in our area and I feel confident with renting at $1350.

(Side note: I have 2 different asphalt shingles brands on my roof and never new it until I was standing on it. 6/12 pitch, 25' feet up, each gamble roof side was different. ) If one roof needs to be replaced isn't the other roof needing to be replaced for the same reasons?
