I just don't know who this falls back on for sure in the end.If it needs a cleaning, do I appease them by offering to bring over my portable air compressor to try and clean it out?

There have been numerous leaks... hot water heater overflow valve not even connected to exit pipe, Air Conditioner overflow pan has leaked many times, washer/dryer has leaked numerous times, bathtub &/or toilet has obviously leaked in the past, looks like upstairs unit leaked into the bathroom ceiling, & something could have leaked from above & run down the wall the separates the bath & bedroom).

Open all windows, and get some fans, just get air from the outside moving in and then have fans on the other side of the unit blowing out.
