It only took a couple months and was well worth the outcome.

Kohler products look nicer, but often do not hold up as well.

I'm not saying we're perfect...no one is.I would like to extend a word to all the wholesalers that take it on the chin, well because there are so many newbies trying to learn the ropes.  

Dallas area is definitely a strong market - we are also seeing some solid opportunities a little further south in the Temple / Killeen / etc areas as well

Indio is currently STR friendly as well as the HOA but I've heard there may be caps coming soon by the HOA - we wouldn't have to worry yet. 

@Nick Morello  I have a proctor account were I put all of my builders risk stuff... zurich has this product as well.... you just e mail them and address and boom your insured.. they charge by the month..

If that is enough to pay off your investor and remaining repairs, it may work for this.You can borrow less than the 70% if you don't need it, but they would have to be the only lien on the property so you'd have to borrow enough to pay the investor as well.
