I would be glad to meet for a tour.

Planning to schedule for a tour in the next couple of weeks).I'm a newbie in this thing and I'm pretty sure I miss a couple of expenses that I should include in this analysis.All the help will be much appreciated!

Usually people that are seriously interested will make it known to me after the tour the house.

You'll receive great information here but if your looking to see how others are putting things together attend property tours so you can learn about rehabs and the numbers. 

What the applicants now see during their tour is what they get.  

How bout creating a virtual tour to get more online foot traffic?

I see the lack-of-inventory here in DC as well but you will get some opportunities by the time you tour FL and AL & back. :)

Make sure you tour the property and know what you are getting into, many HUD homes need serious work.
