I have 3 sign placers putting them up on Friday night and we receive 15-20 leads per week, a lot of calls are from contractors or tire kickers but we still squeeze 1 to 2 deals per month out of those signs. 

I really want to sell these properties but I'm tired of everything being a fight to get it done.
