Both properties have outdoor activities that draw visitors to the area.

We are a little bit of a destination spot, but we get as much traffic traveling through to Yellowstone Park as as local visitors.

There are numerous factors that play into the suitability of a lot, especially when the dimensions are tight.  

It may be worth looking into if your property is suitable for it.

Make sure they can.As far as the suitability of the GP/Sponsor, I don't have great ways to determine as how do you really know if the person you deal with is a good person?

I know permits can take some time but suitable drawings for the township and GC should be a couple days max if you have a clear plan.
