@Michael Kennedy if you are talking about homes that have been converted to multi-family spaces, I would say either the Highlands or Old Louisville...those spaces have larger older homes that in many cases were converted to have multiple living spaces inside.

BTW when you address a message to someone start by typing @ and then their name with no spaces and you should see the name turn to an actual link.

Matt,you need to tread lightly here.The previous landlord committed an illegal act renting a space that is illegal to call an apartment.

The old concrete will be all in the wrong spots and prevent proper support spacing.

All others I would only recommend buying when the home is finished.. at that includes the rest of my Clients in the space.

Much more to the site than just the review function.. but I hear what your saying.I think its hands down the best place to go to see different companies as I stated be able to deal directly with the owners of said companies and again not get hit with a squeeze page etc etc.Its real inventory in real time.. that has value in the space I believe.

The biggest demo is in the garage which needs all the drywall removed due to mold caused by resting water in the crawl space.
