If you have a hard time finding deals that pencil out then start to look in regions outside the main area but still have a lot of traffic.

I know, for a non-EU resident, I can take a Spanish Mortgage with local banks, but I was wondering if can organize and pre-approve it with Spanish bank that have branches here in the US.

I have always found his organization to be ethical and true to their word.

I've also offered to put together the SOW and handle relationships/meetings with business associates (accountants, lawyers, agents, etc.).I think it's a good split since he's an expert with rehabs, and I'm good (and efficient) with technology, accounting, and planning/organization.

We have been working on getting all of our documents together on the computer, then putting them into a binder and a filing cabinet for organization, efficiency and structure.

I am part of the ULI in LA, and this organization is really good for connecting with local real estate developers/investors.
