I just don't know what we are reading in the news is entirely true.

I've even read articles where a CEO of a large bank is expecting home prices to increase over 20 percent in 2022. 

I have found most of these takes elitist and dismissive, but I recently read an article, The Rise of The California Back House House Hacker claiming that our community at BiggerPockets and the subsequent reddit forums are having a similar impact on the real estate market. 

The Mayor of Key West was in an article a few weeks ago warning that they do not have the Money to raise the roads and repair the damages.

He had read some articles about flips and seen several flipping shows on TV.

The more you can narrow those options the easier it will be to figure out.I have a client that just bought a duplex in Fort Lauderdale and even though you say prices are high in Tampa - News flash prices are high everywhere [They are moving from Orange County CA].
