I own 6 acres w/ a new manufactured home all paid for!!

hi @Cody Hahn, i have family members that own mobile home parks and they do not invest in the homes just the land for lot rent. mobile homes around PA do not hold much "if any" value and without allowing tenants i would not see any value in investing in it, finding buyers for them can be frustrating as banks find them worthless and wont fund anything manufactured, without a foundation, and even worse if it still has a title not a deed.example:i bought a mobile home on 1/4 acre for $7,000 to rent out, even after rehabbing the trailer and making it rent worthy the appraiser said "the lot is worth $15,000 the trailer not much of anything due to it still having the wheels, while it does have a deed it is not on a foundation and still not considered a permanent structure which hurts the value"since you said the park does not allow tenants it would not be worth your investment to flip/wholesale due to just a lack of value. 

As an example... end up with a manufactured home on a property which is titled, and the home is gone when it redeems, same with mobile homes.

Engineers, building manufacturers, Excavators, erectors, Electricians, Plumbers, etc. backlog of business has started to go down.  

Window units are common in the mid-west but we've had people who have medical or even light manufacturing equipment they use inside. 

Business investors and Real Estate investors in QOF's can and will work in tandem to secure offices, warehouses, or manufacturing space for a growing company to lease out and benefit investors on both the Real Estate and Business side by providing leasable space to growing businesses both held in QOF's.

Well, for me I have used both products in serveral applications following the manufacturer's specifications without any of the issues that are concerns for you.

you also want to run it in the furthest part of the room (don't put it in the middle of the room).this is what the manufacturer had told me. you can run the fans after you are done to air out the ozone if you can't open a window afterwards.

If you want to compare apples to apples , have a complete scope of work , detailed , materials ,manufacturers , work to be done ,plans etc.  

They can all vary in and out of the needed dimensions from manufacturer to manufacturer.Good luck!
