This is unrelated to RE value which is what you are responding to and I used to have this on the list but removed it recently when ADU income can help qualify for the loan.

When filling out the IRS SChedule E for a multi unit property, do i list each apartment separately or do i have to list it as a "property". 1 "property" has 4 units or apartments with different rental days and expenses, etc.

The property management software I use has partnered with many listing sites that will give you tenants.

Main goal is minimizing risk with it being our first property but was able to obtain the house for 40+% less than listing price due to our cash offer and able to close ASAP.  

All of them have red arrows with prices coming down, I think one out of 3 pages of listings is pending.
