They should be advertising it in other places such as CL, BP, newspapers, etc.

I see people call "C" class properties that I would consider "D" class war zones, but since I rarely do "C" class, my view of C is going to be different from someone who has a large portfolio of homes in these areas or TK providers who operate exclusive in this space.

I've found one park in my area that is exclusively a seasonal park model park and since I've not invested there I'm not sure what people refer to them as.

For instance, I'll google the words "foreclosure, lee county alabama" and in the list that pops up are newspapers that carry the foreclosure notices.  

If you sign an exclusive right to sell then you need to pay the agent commission no matter who sells it.

Hello @Rickie Mincy,If you two didn't sign an exclusive right to represent, then you would only really be locked into the houses he (or his assistant) already showed you (If you choose one of those then you owe him).
