I see people call "C" class properties that I would consider "D" class war zones, but since I rarely do "C" class, my view of C is going to be different from someone who has a large portfolio of homes in these areas or TK providers who operate exclusive in this space.

Hello @Rickie Mincy,If you two didn't sign an exclusive right to represent, then you would only really be locked into the houses he (or his assistant) already showed you (If you choose one of those then you owe him).
