We meet the last Thursday of every month and, frankly, we have some really excellent educational events every month.

I have good income & excellent credit as well.

Example: Our first deal was an excellent one for us (my partner/wife and I).Its a duplex.

Alcohol has an inverse relationship with the economy.

Overall they have taken excellent care of the house.

Then look at diversifying into real estate because it can be an excellent investment as well.
