If you are telling me that you get to dictate the terms of the opposing strategy or what you're comparing, then yes, of course it won't work.  

Obviously the size of the lot will dictate how many units I could ultimately get in there but this zoning designation is pretty crazy in what it allows for developers to do.

It will also dictate how you and your partner will squash problems - mediation, litigation, etc.

Some leases have language to dictate that there are only certain reasons you an enter the apartment, and determining the "turn cost" may not only be one of those, and it's jargon and not relevant to the conversation.

This debate is no longer about facts.We can clearly see we have one group, mainly consisting of liberals who believe you should follow the letter of the law and abide by what the state dictates is fair and equitable as government should be unquestioned legal and moral arbiter of what is best for society.And we have another group mainly consisting of conservatives/libertarians who believe they should be free to make their own decisions on what they want to do with their own properties even if the government wants otherwise for a greater "social good."

That's just good business.So, your assertion is that when choosing customers, good business would dictate that landlords should adhere to the same standards as medical professionals?
