This assumption saved us the effort of deeper dives into the fundamentals data until we had a more manageable list of markets to investigate.Of the external lists, the top two rankings we found were produced by buildium.com, which created tiers based on fundamentals like population growth and YOY appreciation, and PWC, which created tiers based on surveys of industry professionals.

These require more of a personal interaction and deeper digging that involves websites like OpenCorporates or the Secretary of State websites.There are some skip tracers that can do this. 

Also planning to do a maintenance walk thru and deeper clean every 3-6 months where they really clean the crevices, change batteries on smart locks, touch up paint the wall dings, and other misc stuff. 

There was more wear and tear on the furniture though... and sometimes deeper cleaning required.Only horror story is a guest brought a dog who chewed up the legs of some furniture.

@Brooklyn McCarty  I just dove a little deeper into some of the functionality of Stayfi and it is really impressive. 

The quicker you get deeper into the process - the more you will uncover. 

People like to lump "Detroit" and auto, in as all of michigan but they never go a layer deeper and see the crazy growth of the suburbs. 

Then you need to dive deeper from there.

@Mickey Yang  - I think you are talking about a property here in OKC - if so, I've recently replaced one (last fall/2022); and it was one that one plumber initially told me we be more expensive b/c it was deeper than six feet -so  they would need to shore up the sides/per OSHA regulations.
